Brackup::ChunkIterator constructor array/arrayref

I'm all about using arrayrefs as a performance hack, but it's not as
Perl-y.  Unless it matters for performance (say, in Perlbal), I generally
stick with the more idiomatic Perl thing.

So post some numbers and I might be wooed, but otherwise...
