A patch for DJabberd::Authen::MySQL

The attached patch changes connect() to connect_cached() (in order to 
use the same connection with other MySQL modules) and adds 
mysql_auto_reconnect (to ensure the continuous work of the module, which 
otherwise is unusable when MySQL closes its connection).

Comments are welcome. If it's OK, please add it to the repository.

What do you think about DJabberd::Plugin::VCard::MySQL module that I 
sent to the list some time ago? Will it appear in the repository? Is 
there anything wrong with it?
