[ANNOUNCE] first real release: DJabberd-0.80

The subversion rearrange is done enough to make a real release of the
core:

   http://www.danga.com/dist/djabberd/DJabberd-0.80.tar.gz

It's been uploaded to CPAN too and will appear soon.

As the POD in it says, it's useless on its own.  It comes with no
persistent way to store roster items, nor any way to do auth (unless you
want to configure a static username and password).

Releases of useful plugins to follow.

Anybody need svn commit access?
