Problem in receiving chat and User status is not authorized

Yes the sqlite database has the permissions for read and write.

I created this file under  the specified locaiton. But log file is not
created. Is it because i have the djabberd running in a different location?
I am running the djabber under /usr/local/.... I was enabling the log
statements by giving export LOGLEVEL=ALL..
