[Announce] 1.2.1 release

One person has reported a crash to me, but so far I've been unable to 
reproduce it. Anyone else have a success / failure to report? If you've 
seen it crash, don't be shy, send a stack trace! If you're running it 
and it's rock solid, that's useful to know too.
