Basic 1.1.13-pre Build Issue on FreeBSD 4.10

Brad,

My mistake. From reading some of the other discussions on this mailing 
list and assumed the Facebook code was already at least partially merged 
into 1.1.13-pre.

I was referring to the fact that at least one page is allocated to all 
classes on memcached start, later resulting to lack of the Out-of-memory 
errors (yay!).
