Memcached for Win32

Do you think it would be worth it if I made a NT service out of memcached? 
'cause I can do it... I might try on doing it :) it would be nice to have a 
good memcached testing server started as a service under windows :)

But it would be even nicer if the changes were integrated in the main code 
too, as for future versions to work under windows too.
