Memcached for Win32

I have a working native win32 memcached that has both command line and as 
service support.
I just finished it and I'll be posting a copy of my binaries and source code 
somewhere on the net soon.

Hopefully the changes will be accepted as part of the main distribution of 
memcached. I'm happy to say we now have a fully operational NT service of 
memcached for windows!!

If anyone's interested on the binary or on the source code before I can post 
it somewhere please, let me know.
