memcached 1.2.0-rc1 with Win32 support

Hello, I've updated the Win32 branch to match the current 1.2.0 rc1
You can get the Source code from either the official svn Win32 branch of 
memcached or from the memcached for Win32 website (where you can also find 
the binaries)

memcached for Win32 website:

* Note that this version has not been as toughly tested as the older 
versions; the 1.2.0-rc1 should work fairly well, but it still has a lot of 
testing to go through. For instance the UDP support hasn't been tested yet 
and neither the configurable slab sizes and other new features.
