Memcache slow on OS X

The 1.2.0 branch of memcached is fine on OS X. I do a lot of my 
memcached hacking on my MacBook Pro. The TCP_NOPUSH thing is no longer 
relevant in the 1.2.0 code; we did away with that in favor of a 
different approach which is more portable.
