[ANNOUNCE] memcached 1.2.4

Dormando,

I've compiled libevent 1.3e but I had to fix a couple of htings for it
to compile on VS2005 (and Windows in general).

It seems the Win32 code is not really up to date there.
I currently have it compiled but none of the tests work (the signal
test, for example, doesn't actually make the signal work).

Do you know some people in the libevent mailing list or others that are
willing to help me make libeven 1.3e work well on Windows?
