Binary protocol document as of 3:05AM at Yahoo's hackathon

Docs updated. I made the protocol ascii art more informative by
borrowing the style from iSCSI [RFC3720]. 

I've also built an example session, down to the byte, to illustrate the
protocol. Please take a look at my error response to a missed GET and
see if it is accurate.
