Bottlenecks/Ways Not To Use Memcache

No.  We hava allocated 512MB for memcached with 2000 connections and we have 1GB of memory on the box.  It seems (I emphasize seems) to have problems at about 120MB.

Are you having memcached use more memory than is available on your  
system?
