Announce: memcached 1.2.2

Memcached users,

After a long wait, memcached 1.2.2 is available:

>From now on, releases will be a lot less painful/automated, now that I'm
using ShipIt[1] to automate/sanity-check everything.  (well, as much as
possible... not smoke testing different platforms yet...)

Please review/test/etc.

If there are any problems, let's get them fixed and do another quick
release.
