One more note: consider DBI module. If doesn't _store_ any flags
along with the data (there's no place for them to store into), but you
may ask the module to _set_ UTF-8 or tainted flags on data retrieved.
Perhaps this is worth implementing in C::M and C::M::F, however it's
easily done on script's side.
