possible bug in mogdbsetup

Folks,

I've done 2 installs one on debian and one on redhat.  Both using MYSQL 5.0. 
Each time I had to modify mogdbsetup to change \% to localhost on the grant all
line.

Is this a bug or did I not setup mog correctly in mysql?
