CPU Utilization by the mogilefsd process

I ran into two mogilefsd resource-consumption surprises with our
system so far:

	1) We ran out of connections on the mysql servers -- root cause was
flapping on our heartbeat-HA setup (both servers claimed the high-
availability IP address) and so the trackers kept opening new
connections when mysql didn't respond as expected. My fault but good
to know that's what happens.

  	2) A syntax error result from mysql (while I was fiddling with
Store.pm) caused a fast retry loop and mogilefsd spun at 100% cpu
trying to read back its test-write files. Again my fault, but other
classes of sql error apart from syntax errors may lead to this behavior.
