Minor issue with MogileFS/Worker/Monitor.pm

I'd prefer something that cleans up the files on the mogstored end, in 
case there're failures to delete files. Having said that, I'd 
(personally) still consider checking this in if we can't find a good 
reason not to.

Also, does it need to be 10,000?
