Async memached and MogileFS clients for Perlbal

I've finally gone ahead and wrapped up our plug-ins and backend clients
we've written here at IMVU into an archive or distribution.  Pretty useful
stuff if you want to implement long-poll AJAX or customize how you serve
images from MogileFS.
