I'm lost.

Since when do we have openid.canonical?

The point was that openid.delegate doesn't affect somebody's identity URL,
and it COULDN'T be tinyurl.com, since that'd have no content to even parse
to find the identity server.  So the answer could only be #2:
http://mysite.com/  (w/ trailing slash)
