Small change to dumb consumer mode:

# openid.secret_handle = "-" (the single hyphen signals dumb consumer mode)

Just so I can detect new protocol + dumb mode.  Otherwise with no
secret_handle, it looks like the old protocol.

(Yes, I ended up keeping DSA mode in the perl modules for a short
while, since it was so easy...)

But I like it being explicit in any case.
