At the moment it *can't* be the URL of an RSS feed because there's no 
way to reference an ID server from there.

However, if someone authenticates with an OpenID Identity that is also 
the link URL from an RSS feed, it's perhaps reasonable to assume that 
they "own" that RSS feed and thus any syndication account that mirrors 
it. What they'll be allowed to do in that situation isn't really on 
topic for this mailing list. ;)
