'relying party' and 'identity consumer'

I agree with the suggestion to start using the term "relying party"
instead of "identity consumer". The term is in wide use, and will make
OpenID and YADIS more accessible to those who are familiar with other
systems.

The term "relying party" is not any clearer to me than "identity
consumer", because both the user and the service that is obtaining
identity information are "relying" on the identity service. My
agreement is based solely on the existing usage of the term "relying party".
