YADIS / OpenID Type URI

The current YADIS draft says:
     <Type>http://openid.net/signon/1.0</Type>

Given that the current OpenID spec says it is version 1.1, should  
that be changed to
    <Type>http://openid.net/signon/1.1</Type>

or maybe
     <Type>http://openid.net/signon/1.0</Type>
    <Type>http://openid.net/signon/1.1</Type>

?
