 * Major overhaul to ignore patterns and processing
 * Added --onerror for restore (per TODO)
 * Some minor bug fixes
 * Tested against Rsync.net via SFTP

Code is working against my remote rsync server over SFTP. Encryption,
decryption also seems to be working. I am currently testing only the new
Source type SimpleFind.
