svn location for brackup moved

I might even be using the rest of the Google code hosting features here:

http://code.google.com/p/brackup/

(wiki, issue tracking, downloads, etc... we'll see)

And I'll definitely be using it to give other people commit access, 
according to the normal "rules" at http://danga.com/commit.bml
