Missing file for brackup release

I went to make a new release, but got this error:
-e: t/04-gc-sftp.t not found at -e line 1
Can't read t/04-gc-sftp.t: No such file or directory

Looks like it's in the MANIFEST, but not checked into the repo.

I'm just going to remove it from the MANIFEST for now and do a releas.e
