Brackup w/ Net::Amazon::S3

It's frustrating when someone just wants to install and use Brackup  
(and is running an OS where Moose doesn't come easily installed;  
Fedora has it, I suspect Debian and Ubuntu would too).

Moose is a fair requirement for anything written in Perl in the last  
year or so though.

Most of the modules Kostas listed are part of just a few distributions.
