[PATCH] Move warning about GTop not being enabled to stats output

Looks like neither this patch, nor the other one I sent at the same time
(skipping the sqlite journal file) got applied, and they both seem
fairly straightforward to me.  Can they get applied, so they don't slip
through the cracks?
