(patch) spool directory storage for vcard

Hi,
here is a patch ( + test ) to implement a spool directory storage for
DJabberd::Plugin::VCard.
This is simply placing vcard in a file, into a directory, derived from the
domain name.

I use it with a svn snapshot of DJabberd::Plugin::VCard without problem for the
moment.

By the way, I think a release of DJabberd::Plugin::Vcard would be nice, anything
blocking it ?
