A New DJabberd Wiki

Hi folks,

I while back I made a wiki for DJabberd but never really got around to 
putting any content on it.

I've now created a new wiki on pbwiki (since that seems to be the trendy 
wiki host right now):

     http://djabberd.pbwiki.com/

I've created a few pages on there as a starting point.

I did intend for wiki.djabberd.org to redirect there, but something 
seems to have gone wrong with that; I'll fix it later.
