BOSH support

BOSH support would definitely be interesting.

I guess you'd want to either make a subclass or an interface-compatible 
wrapper of DJabberd::Connection. I'm not sure if any code depends on 
$conn->isa("DJabberd::Connection")... it's been a while since I looked 
at DJabberd's innards in detail.
