PHP/PECL C Memcache extension slowness?

Heh; nothing having to do with your extension breaks on 5.0... 

It's PEAR stuff, though... Smarty breaks... Most of my classes break in one
way or another... I'm pretty sure most of the problems have to do with the
new constructor/destructor methods, and just require a little tweaking to
get working properly.

Yes, I've already heard from 1 person, that the extension is rather slow.
I'm still working on it, of course I'll try to make it faster in the nearest
future.
