[Q: libmemcache] mirroring with *server_add*

As the "somebody else" in quuestion, I already stated before that if 
you want to use Cache::Memcached::Managed for that purpose, that's 
fine by me.  If someone has a better idea for naming "my" module, I'd 
be happy to "vacate" the namespace in favour of Brad's module.
