memcached for Win32 v.1.2.1

I have updated the memcached for win32 port to version 1.2.1, I'll be 
updateing the website later (http://jehiah.cz/projects/memcached-win32/) as 
I'm having problems adding them.

I'm attaching here the patches needed to be applied to the svn version and 
also the binaries (having problems accessing the site to update the 
webpage); hopefuly these will soon be part of the official memcached main 
branch. Brad, what do you think? :-)

This time there were a lot of changes in the code and it was a bit difficult 
to make the port, once it's part of the main branch this won't be needed 
anymore and a Win32 version will always ready.

Please share your experiences with this new release.
