I reiterate my earlier recommendation to actually read up on what
memcached is, and how it works. The series of questions you've asked
make it clear you have no actual understanding of the technology you're
dealing with, and I can't imagine how you could thus feel comfortable
deploying it.

Automatic LRU removal and timed expirations are basic memcached features.
