[Announce] 1.2.1 release

It's stable here, so far.  1.2.0 was "mostly" stable for us, too, 
though, so it's probably not a good data point.  We only had 1.2.0 crash 
on us once in months of heavy usage.

I'll post if I see anything strange with 1.2.1 though.
