PHP vs. Python vs. Perl

Interesting results.  I was wondering if your Apache+Perl tests were using 
regular Perl scripts with the mod_perl Registry wrapper, or whether they 
were real mod_perl handlers.  Is your Perl test code available anywhere to 
look at?
