Remember the ChangeLog

Steven, Paul, et al,

I'm getting ready to do a new release, but I noted the ChangeLog was a
little ignored...

I'm torn, though, between just including "svn log" output, and making
ChangeLog good for non-programmer, sysadmin types... high-level
mostly-English overview of major changes.

Actually, I'm quite sure I want both, but how do we get there, and how
should we name/format the files?

Maybe something like:

Version 1.2.2:
    * highlights in Bullets
    * multithread
    * windows

<svn log output since 1.2.1>

Version 1.2.1:
    * highlight
    * highlight

<svn log output sine 1.2.0>

etc, etc... ?

Please advise.  :)
