Dead connections aren't removed from pool in java memcached client?

We're going to try this with our release tomorrow, so I'll let you  
know how it goes.  I have been unable to reproduce the bug in our QA  
environment so far, but it has far fewer application servers and  
memcached nodes, so it isn't an entirely accurate representation of  
production.
