1.2.1 released to RHEL4

Just in case anyone wanted to know, 1.2.1 was just delivered to  
RedHat Enterprise Linux 4 subscribers. Just as well as it's had an  
outstanding version conflict with the shipped libevent for a few  
weeks now... ;^)
