memcached-1.2.3-4 RPMs available for Fedora/RHEL

Last week my memcached RPM made it into Fedora Core 6, Fedora 7 and
Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux 5.

An EPEL 4 version will be available once libevent is backported.

This ought to make deployment easier for many sites.

Thanks to all the people who tested and provided suggestions on making
the RPM better.
