Memcached hackathon

You bring your laptop and your brain. We'll take care of the rest.

I'll do a presentation on our memcached setup if folks are interested. Maybe
one of you will spot something we should be doing differently, or maybe
you'll spot something *you* should be doing differently -- either way, I
expect it would be worthwhile to dig into the layout of a large memcached
installation in person. Some hackathon ideas might spring from such a
discussion, if nothing else.
