Largest production memcached install?

Bloglines.com has memcached on a couple hundred machines.

We do have the 'set' of memcached instances split into smaller groups --
its not one completely flat cluster.  Our biggest flat cluster is about
75 nodes right now.

I think facebook is bigger though :-)
