Fedora Extras / RPM packaging

Hi,

I started the process to place memcached in Fedora Extras.

This involved adding a spec and sysv init script to the memcached
source.  Once you generate a tarball with "make dist" you can now
create an rpm like this:

   rpmbuild -ta memcached-1.2.2.tar.gz

Before memcached is accepted into Fedora Extras we'll need to have
someone review the package, then I'll need to get sponsored so I can
push updates into the tree.
