how to tell when your cache is full?

Probably :)  This was my first attempt at learning rrdtool so I've not
gotten into calculated graphs like that.  But it probably could be done
pretty easily, at least at the entry point.  I just know when I see red
spikes or red flowing into my green, that I'm getting misses.
