Damn, I expected at least a little argument there :)

This looks much better! After running the whitespace cleaner on it, it 
passes all tests in linux. I've checked this work in under r724 and will 
follow up myself (or anyone else is free to) with documentation fixes, 
tests, and linux support. I won't hold up 1.2.5 for those though.
