Java client 2.0 release

Just a heads up.  Just release a 2.0 version of my java client.  Adds NIO
get/getMulti support, much reduced locking, consistent hashing support and
many other performance and bug fixes.  Been long overdue, and has been
running in production at Meetup for past few months with no problems.
