Some questions about a new install

Another couple questions for the list. The instructions for install on
http://www.danga.com/mogilefs/setup.bml say that the schema for the db
is included in the distribution, but I can't see the schema in the
mogilefs-server-1.00.tar.gz anywhere.

Do I need to pull the schema down from somewhere else? (Do I just need
to forget about 1.0 and use 2.0?)


Also, I'm curious how the nodes handle a failure of a storage node. Do
they automatically begin replicating the copies to other nodes to keep
the minimum replica count consistent?
