replicate more than mindevcount

Hi,

I'm on r421, 9 machines, 9 mogstored, 9 trackers, 5 replicators in the
first 5 nodes and has mindevcount=3, mysqlcluster as database. When I
inject files to the mogilefs at least 1 out of 10 will have 4 replica, and
in rare occasions some go up to 5 replication. Does anybody ever see this
? I'm suspecting mysqlcluster, it might perform slow to lock/unlock
database making race condition on replicators.
